PUROTAP® Zero is a full demineralisation system for technical water for use in heating and cooling circuits, which is specially designed for the highest water quality in order to prevent limescale deposits, corrosion and associated damage in modern systems.

Key features

  • Full demineralisation: Removes minerals and ions from the fill or make-up water, ideal for heating and cooling circuits in accordance with recognised standards (for example VDI 2035 Part 1, VDI 6044).
  • pH-regulating mixed bed resin: Filled with specially formulated resin to stabilise the pH value and thus provide additional corrosion protection.
  • Sustainable system: Concept as a circular economy solution with reusable containers, return system and regenerable components (depending on variant).
  • Components: Supplied as a complete unit consisting of reusable container, quick-release connection set, measuring meter (conductivity/TDS) and connection hoses for mobile or stationary use.
  • Easy handling: Quick connection and replacement of resin containers without water loss thanks to practical quick-release technology.

Area of application
PUROTAP Zero is used for initial filling and circulation desalination of system water in heating and cooling systems to ensure consistently high water quality and increase the service life of technical systems

The company was founded based on the many years of experience of the ELYSATOR brand group, which has been established in the field of water technology for decades. The German GmbH was founded in Abstatt in order to better serve the German and export markets through intensive consulting and project support as well as product service.

ELYSATOR offers a wide range of technical products, including:

PUROTAP® – a system for water treatment and full demineralization that removes mineral salts (e.g. lime scale), aggressive substances, and other dissolved ions from tap water to produce demineralized water of technical quality. It is mainly used for low-corrosion filling and topping up of heating, cooling, and technical water circuits. It helps prevent limescale and corrosion damage and increases the service life and efficiency of systems—without any chemical additives and without electricity.

PROTECTOR® – a water treatment device for closed heating and cooling systems using water and water-glycol as the energy carrier. The Protector is installed in new and existing systems. It provides comprehensive corrosion protection while simultaneously removing sludge and impurities from the water. The Protector can replace conventional filters, chemical treatments, and sludge separators. The Protector is a patented Norwegian design.
