The OCTA low profile underfloor heating system is the result of a well-thought-out design that impresses with its appearance and functionality, while also fulfilling the desire for maximum room height during renovation and modernisation projects. It includes all the necessary components – from OCTA floor tiles and underfloor heating pipes to the matching accessories. As all components are perfectly matched and pre-tested, customers will be offered the certainty that installation will run smoothly and the system will function flawlessly.
The installation height of the Skoberne underfloor heating system using the special screed is only 15 milimetres. This makes it particularly suitable for retrofitting on existing floors, for example in the case of renovation. In addition, the screed can be walked on after just five hours and is completely dry after two days.
Our heat pump sound insulation enclosures fulfil the highest design requirements while effectively reducing noise. As an alternative to the usual placement of a heat pump on the property, we also offer an optimal option for installing it on the roof with our heat pump roof bonnets enclosure. This results in effective noise reduction and additional space savings in front of the house.
Our shaft systems consist of a geopolymer foam (LA30) or a special vapour-hardened aerated concrete (LA90). These durable materials are extremely lightweight and can be installed quickly and easily using standard tools.
Our flue gas pipes are mainly made of high-quality polypropylene. The "flame-retardant" additive specially mixed in for this application also increases safety. The precise shape of the connection technology and the shape-optimised components enable excellent fitting accuracy and also improved gas flow aerodynamic properties.
The flue gas and supply air ducting works with comparatively low resistance. The sleeve connections are sealed with special elastomer rings and the lip geometry and material guarantee long-lasting tightness making installation and removal easier. The systems are approved for all pressure test classes (P1=200Pa / H1=5000Pa). The pipes and moulded parts can be machined with standard tools.
