Caleffi Armaturen GmbH in Mühlheim am Main was founded in 1981. The company is the German subsidiary of the Italian company Caleffi SpA, an internationally active manufacturer of heating, air conditioning, and sanitary fittings, as well as components for renewable energy systems. The company's headquarters are located in Fontaneto d'Agogna (Northern Italy). Caleffi's product range includes 5,000 items, including air vents and balancing valves, temperature controllers, and system components for domestic hot water and solar systems.

Caleffi was founded in 1961 by Francesco Caleffi as a small supplier to Italian valve manufacturers. Today, Caleffi employs over 1,600 people worldwide and generates annual sales of over 400 million euros. The company is owned by Marco Caleffi, son of the company founder. To continue its success story, the company is increasingly focusing on products for renewable energies.
